1. Design and Build:
   • The Oscar II has a sleek and compact stainless steel design, making it a stylish addition to any kitchen or small cafe.
   • It features a heat exchanger boiler, allowing you to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously.
2. Brewing Capability:
   • The machine is equipped with a 2-liter copper heat exchange boiler, which ensures a stable temperature for brewing and steaming.
   • It has a professional 58mm portafilter, providing a consistent and even extraction for a quality espresso shot.
   • 9 bar OPV valve. The machine is equipped with a 9 bar valve, no need of modifying the machine!
3. Steam Valve and Cool Touch Wand:
   • The Nuova Simonelli Oscar mood comes with a powerful cool touch steam wand for frothing and steaming milk. It enables you to create a rich and velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.
   • Push Button steam by wire, no need of maintenance and annoying brew down on the steam valve. This technology has been literally taken from the high end Nuova Simonelli commercial machines
   • The steam wand is now better articulated compared to the Oscar II old version, allowing for easy manoeuvring and control.
4. Control Panel:
   • The machine features an intuitive control panel with push-button controls.
   • Double and Single Shot Programming, you are in control of your extraction at the ease of pressing a button
   • PID Temperature control and Digital Pressure Gauge
   • Shot timer and Pre Infusion setting, you can now adjust the Pre Infusion time
   • Automatic On-Off Function, with 7 days calendar
   • Shot counters, maintenance settings, automatic descaling and cleaning programs
5. Water Reservoir:
   • The Oscar Mood has a removable water reservoir for easy filling and cleaning. The reservoir has a great capacity, 3 litres, reducing the frequency of refilling.
6. Wooden Accent:
   • A double wooden portafilter is now provided with the Oscar Mood, which makes it shine in your kitchen.
