If I had a cafe now, this is exactly the set‑up I would have in there.

Pick your Moose
Greg shares the steam from your espresso machine. Jack has its own boiler, so it works next to any machine. EPIC models take larger jugs, up to 1 litre.
Shares your machine's steam
Connects to the steam boiler of your semi-automatic espresso machine, and steams up to 1 litre at a time.
Brings its own boiler
A built-in boiler gives Jack its own constant steam pressure. It needs only power and filtered water. Choose EPIC for jugs up to 1 litre.
The recipe lives in the jug
An RFID tag in each jug tells the Moose what to steam. White for dairy, green for plant milk, black for mixes.

How it works
No menus and no training. Shown on the EPIC Greg beside a café machine.
Fill a colour-coded Smart Jug and set it down. Its tag picks the recipe: white for dairy, green for plant milk, black for mixes.
Texture and temperature are set once for each jug, so every barista serves the same milk.
Steam from your machine on Greg, or its own boiler on Jack. The wand moves in and out of the milk like a barista's hand.
An infrared sensor watches the milk and stops at your set temperature, then the wand flushes itself. It won't start if the jug is too full.

The details
Perfect Moose sits beside your espresso machine on a 12 cm footprint, so you add automatic steaming without changing the rest of your setup.
In Perfect Moose's filmed 10 cup challenge, Australian Barista Champion Matt Lewin made 10 coffees in 10:45 by hand and 6:03 with an automated set-up including Perfect Moose. While the Moose steams, your barista is free to pull shots and serve.
Greg connects to the steam boiler of your semi-automatic espresso machine, which needs a separate steam boiler at 1.3 to 1.4 bar and at least 2400 W. Jack has its own boiler, so it works next to any machine and needs only power and filtered water. Tell us your machine and we'll confirm.
Any milk, including dairy, oat, pea and goat milk. Smart Jugs are colour coded: white for dairy, green for plant milk and black for mixes, each with its own recipe.
No. Place the Smart Jug on the Moose and it starts by itself. The texture and temperature are set by the recipe in the jug.
No milk runs through the machine, so there are no tubes or containers to clean. After each jug it flushes automatically, and you wipe the wand.
EPIC models take larger jugs (50, 75 and 100 cl) for higher volumes. Standard models take 35, 50 and 75 cl jugs. Jugs and jug holders are not interchangeable between the two.
Perfect Moose is installed by an approved Perfect Moose technician. For a limited time, installation is free (conditions apply). Ask us and we will confirm the details for your café.
