Request for Quote
As you may have noticed, our store now features a "Request for Quote" option. This allows you to create a shopping cart with the products you wish to order and send it to us so we can determine the discounts we can offer you.
We provide the best discounts for customers seeking a full café fit-out of equipment or purchasing large volumes of products.
How to use the Request for Quote
Step 1 - Add Products to Your Cart
We recommend exploring some of our best collections such as Milk Automation, PUQ Press Coffee Tampers, Coffee Grinders or view our Latest Arrivals.
Keep adding products to your shopping cart until you are happy and ready to submit the products for a quote.
Step 2 - Submit Your Cart For A Quote
Once you are satisfied with your cart, navigate to this page and click the "ADD CART ITEMS TO QUOTE" button. This action will add all the items in your shopping cart to the quote page.
Here, you can enter an offer price for the items you wish to purchase. You can also delete items from the quote page or adjust the quantity for which you want to receive a quote.
Next, complete the form at the bottom of this page and click "SUBMIT REQUEST" for us to receive your quote.
Step 3 - Wait
At this stage we have recieved your quote request and its with our team for review.
Please leave this with us for 24-48 hours so we can review your request and get back to you.
If we have any questions regarding your request for a quote we will either email you or call you for a quick chat.
