HOW CONSUMER LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty gives you additional rights and benefits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, Barista Equip Australia does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law.
