Shipping Policy

This policy covers order processing, delivery timeframes, fees, tracking, and returns shipping. All orders are shipped from our Burleigh Heads facility.

1. Processing Times
• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 pm AEST are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays, will dispatch the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery estimates:
• QLD & NSW metro: 2–4 business days
• VIC & SA metro: 3–6 business days
• WA, NT, TAS & regional: 5–10 business days
Carrier delays, peak periods and remote areas may extend these estimates.

3. Shipping Fees
• Retail Customers: Free shipping on orders over $150; $35 flat rate for non-palletised orders under $150.
• Wholesale Customers: Rates calculated live using TNT based on your shipping postcode.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your carrier details and tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

5. Click & Collect / Showroom Pickup
If you prefer to collect your order, select Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

6. Delivery Issues & Transit Damage
• Please inspect your items on delivery. If anything is damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product.
• Missed deliveries can be re-scheduled via the carrier’s tracking portal or collected from their depot.

7. Returns Shipping
All returns must have a valid RMA number. To start a return, email orders@baristaequip.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Who Pays Return Freight?
• Change-of-mind: Customer pays return shipping. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
• Faulty or not-as-described (ACL): We cover reasonable return costs or supply a prepaid return label once approved.
Use a trackable service for items valued over $75. Barista Equip is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

8. International Shipping
If international delivery is offered, local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Transit times vary by destination.
