Can I infuse spirits with my Baby Hardtank?
You can. All spirits up to 60% ABV can be infused in the Baby Hardtank.
Please note: you should only use spirits with lower sugar levels, as thick/viscous liquids can damage the machine.
Can my Hardtank machine dispense nitro cold brew?
The Baby Hardtank does not have a built-in nitro tap. To serve nitro cold brew, you'll need a separate nitro dispenser — available as the Baby Hardtank Nitro Set.

What water filtration system should I use with Hardtank machines?
You can use the same filtration system you would for an espresso machine or batch brewer.We recommend preparing your water according to the SCA guidelines.
