Clean it in seconds
Release two side levers and the grinding chamber comes out. Clean or change the burrs without touching the grind setting, with up to 50% less retention than standard models.

What is ADAPT?
A wired connection between the grinder and your coffee machine. You save your recipe once through a guided set-up. If three shots in a row miss the recipe, the grinder screen shows how to turn the dial to bring the shot back.
Will it work with my coffee machine?
ADAPT connects to the flow meters of any coffee machine and supports all flow meters on the market. It is wired and works offline, so no Wi-Fi is needed.
Does it take control away from my baristas?
No. ADAPT only suggests. Your barista decides and turns the dial, and learns the equipment along the way.
How accurate is the dose?
A scale built into the fork weighs every dose to 0.1 g, so you set doses in grams, not seconds.
F64 or F83?
F64: 64 mm burrs, 450 W, up to 3 kg of coffee a day. F83: 83 mm burrs, 650 W, up to 6 kg a day, for busier cafés.
What does PRO add?
A quick-release grinding chamber. Release two side levers to clean or change the burrs without losing your grind setting, with up to 50% less retention.
How long do the burrs last?
900 kg (up to 4,500 kg with Dark-T® coating). Replacement 83 mm Dark-T® burrs are available from us.
