ADAPT: the grinder that works with your coffee machine
Why choose ADAPT?
Consistent, every shift
Set the recipe once and ADAPT helps every barista hit it, all day.
Works with any machine
Wired to the flow meters of any coffee machine. No Wi-Fi needed.
Less coffee wasted
Fewer dialling-in mistakes means fewer shots down the sink.
Baristas stay in control
Clear suggestions on screen. Your barista makes the call.
It learns your recipe
Connect the grinder to your coffee machine and save your recipe once. ADAPT then watches every shot and, when the extraction drifts, tells your barista exactly how to adjust the grind.
Every dose weighed
A scale in the fork weighs each dose to 0.1 g, even on an uneven bench. Master Mode stores your dose weights and recognises the portafilter.
Grind setting you can see
The Ready.Set.Go ring gives a precise, soft-touch adjustment with an audible click, and the screen shows the exact distance between the burrs.
Clean it in seconds
Release two side levers and the grinding chamber comes out. Clean or change the burrs without touching the grind setting, with up to 50% less retention than standard models.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about Fiorenzato ADAPT. Can't see your question? Call us on 1300 582 443.
What is ADAPT?
A wired connection between the grinder and your coffee machine. You save your recipe once through a guided set-up. If three shots in a row miss the recipe, the grinder screen shows how to turn the dial to bring the shot back.
Will it work with my coffee machine?
ADAPT connects to the flow meters of any coffee machine and supports all flow meters on the market. It is wired and works offline, so no Wi-Fi is needed.
Does it take control away from my baristas?
No. ADAPT only suggests. Your barista decides and turns the dial, and learns the equipment along the way.
How accurate is the dose?
A scale built into the fork weighs every dose to 0.1 g, so you set doses in grams, not seconds.
F64 or F83?
F64: 64 mm burrs, 450 W, up to 3 kg of coffee a day. F83: 83 mm burrs, 650 W, up to 6 kg a day, for busier cafés.
What does PRO add?
A quick-release grinding chamber. Release two side levers to clean or change the burrs without losing your grind setting, with up to 50% less retention.
How long do the burrs last?
600 kg (up to 3,000 kg with Dark-T® coating). Replacement 64 mm Dark-T® burrs are available from us.
Which colours are available?
Deep Black, Glossy Black, Nardò Grey, Classic Grey, Arctic White, Pearl White, Glossy Red.
