Can I order Parts for my PUQ Press?
What tamp weight should I set my PUQ Press at?
We recommend starting with 30 Lbs or 14 Kg of pressure, then you can move up or down from there depending on your results.
How often should I clean my PUQ Press?
For hygiene purposes, we recommend a daily regimen. We've created videos on this topic to demonstrate the best way to clean your PUQ Press. You can find these videos on this page; just scroll to the PUQ model you have and watch the daily and weekly cleaning videos.
My extraction time is inconsistent with my new PUQ Press?
Extraction time can vary when the PUQ Press is new. Please refer to the Run-In process in the setup installation guide video for your specific PUQ model.
If you are using an automatic tamper under the grinder, it is important to dose according to the basket size. For example, if you are using a 20-gram filter basket, fill it with 20 grams of coffee for the best tamping effect.
What Size PUQ Press Tamper should I get?

If you have changed your portafilter baskets from the original ones that were supplied by the manufacturer we advise you contact your basket supplier or measure the inside diameter using a digital calliper to ensure you order the correct tamp head size.

How do I remove the FF warning on my PUQ Press?
Here's your solution in 5 easy steps:
1) Turn unit OFF. Hold CLEAN button and + button and turn unit ON. ‘CF’ appears on display.
2) Push CLEAN button, twice, ‘Fr’ appears on display
3) Push & Hold + button for 1s and then – button for 1s to restore clean and tamping cycle counter.
4) ‘rr’ appears on display when counter has been reset.
5) Push CLEAN button to go back to standby mode.
How do I change the variables of tamping on 2020 Q2 Model?
Hold the clean button 3 sec. you can choose between P0 and P4:
P0 = normal tamp
P1 = slow tamp (slow retraction)
P2= light tamp (5-15kg, works really nice)
P3 = triple tamp
P4 = single tamp
