Rather than a paddle shift group head, you can control the EP using two volumetric buttons (Per group head) to set two settings per button. The Steam EP also packs a more competitive price tag than the LP and is one the most cost-effective multi-boiler machines on the market. The Steam EP has all of the useful features Slayer is known for like PID temperature control, Independent brew tanks, and a fierce design that would sit well in any cafe.
