| Matcha Powder | 20g |
| Frappease Powder | 40g |
Other Ingredients:
| Milk | 100ml |
| Ice | 200g |
| Hot water | 10ml |
| Strawberries | Garnish |
Method:
- Dissolve matcha powder in hot water to create a matcha slurry,
- Drizzle the matcha slurry around the glass
- Add strawberry fruit mix, frappease powder, milk and ice to a blender cup
- Blend for 15 seconds until smooth
- Pour the blended mix into the glass
- Garnish and serve
