The Delter Press solves this with Injection Brewing. Its unique Jet-Seal separates brew water from coffee grounds until you apply pressure, infusing water directly into the coffee bed for clean, even, repeatable extraction. Comes with a reusable 304 stainless steel 180-micron mesh filter instead of 100 paper micro filters. Same Press, same Injection Brewing — zero-waste setup.
What Makes It Different
Injection Brewing — Not Immersion
Water is infused into the coffee under controlled pressure rather than poured over it. This limits agitation, reduces over-extraction, and produces a cleaner, brighter cup than standard immersion brewers.
Reusable Stainless Steel Filter
Includes a 304 stainless steel 180-micron mesh filter — reusable, easy to rinse, and a more sustainable choice for daily brewing with no ongoing filter costs.
