Time-based grinding

The Fiorenzato F64 Pro Electronic offers time-based grinding at a more affordable price point. Like the rest of the line, it has 64mm flat burrs and micrometric adjustment that produces consistent grounds at any setting. Its touchscreen control centre offers access to a wealth of information that’s great to have including the grinding temperature, humidity, and timer. The hopper also has a locking mechanism that allows you to change beans conveniently in the middle of the day.

Pro performance

Keeping your grinder clean is paramount to making good coffee day in and day out. The F64 Pro makes daily cleaning less of a chore by making the grinding chamber easier to access. Simply flip the quick-release levers on either side of the grinder to detach the hopper and reach into the burrs below.

You’ll also find a declumping fork inside to help you clean out any leftover grinds in the chamber and on the burrs. The F64 Pro is also compatible with the PUQpress M4 Automatic Tamper to further improve the consistency of your cafe’s workflow.
